Alabama Appraisers are required to take 28 continuing education hours every 24 months including a mandatory 7-hour USPAP course.


Licenses are renewed annually on 9/30, but CE is due every two years on the odd year.


AL has no limit on the number of hours permitted online.

Roster Process: Rosters are emailed the 15th and the last day of the month. Rosters will be submitted on alternative days upon customer request. Please note there is a $10 fee for any rush submissions.
