Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very informative
Date published: 2020-07-08
Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is a good course and one whose chapters should be printed out, put in a binder and placed next to your computer for easy daily reference. I can see having to refer to it on a daily basis. BUT.....THE NEGATIVE OF THIS COURSE IS --- IT TAKES MUCH MUCH LONGER THAN 4 HOURS TO TAKE AND SHOULD AT MINIMUM BE A 7 HOUR CREDIT COURSE!!!!
Date published: 2020-07-06
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This teacher was great to listen to. Very knowledgeable. McKissock online classes always takes longer to get through than you are given credit for, but the information learned excellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great course
Date published: 2020-06-30
Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is a great course if you live in a city with high speed internet to accommodate their use of videos, but my office is rurally located where I depend on satellite. It took me 12 hours and 40 minutes to do the 7 hour USPAP course. What irritated me was that although I read every word in print on the screen and then read the context while I still had to wait on video. I will never depend on McKissock again.
Date published: 2020-06-30
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Course was overall well presented and complete. Wording was a little difficult on some quiz questions, bit overall the course had a lot of good information and was helpful.
Date published: 2020-06-30
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a good course. However, I think it would be better as a 3 or 4 hr course that covers only the most important items usefull to the typical appraiser.
Date published: 2020-06-29
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enjoyed the instructors style of teaching, easy to stay interested and informative.
Date published: 2020-06-28
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Class gave some good information on appraising manufactured homes. It's a good refresher for appraisers who have done manufactured homes, but need to understand requirements better.
Date published: 2020-06-28
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Boring course, definition heavy with no videos/graphs offering change of pace
Date published: 2020-06-27
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult, boring, material. Some poorly concieved quiz questions, especially considering that one miss & back you go to repeat. For instance, what possible benefit is there to make a distinction between 'tangible items' and 'tangible assets'? Really, just an excuse to make it tougher on the student with no intrinsic value.
Date published: 2020-06-27
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The courses follow a logical path with short quizzes along the way and a short test at the end of each chapter. You are able to take the quizzes and chapter exams as many times as needed.
Date published: 2020-06-26
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The course provided some important reminders involving my appraisal practice!
Date published: 2020-06-26
Rated 3 out of 5 by from A generally good course, although more oriented towards Residential Appraisers and I'm a Commercial Appraiser.
Date published: 2020-06-26
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Useful basic knowledge

Which 7 hour con ed courses qualify for both Appraisers and RE Brokers?

Asked by: Dave
Unfortunately, we do not offer courses for IN that can have both Appraisal and Real Estate credit attached. They must be done separately
