Welcome to the New Hampshire Core Course. This class fulfills the required 3 hours of Core Education required to renew a real estate license in New Hampshire. Licensees must also complete 12 additional hours of state approved electives for every 2-year renewal cycle.

• Recognize the recent legislative updates
• Identify important New Hampshire Statutes (RSAs) and important New Hampshire Real Estate Commission Administrative Rules

This continuing education course addresses the specifics of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and ethical practices and decision-making for real estate professionals.
